This Winter could see another rise in Covid, Could I suggest Training and Employing more Auxillary Nurses to help take the Strain off Trained RGNurses. Also Subsidise Training as you say Jeremy and A Pay Rise without a doubt. From a Retired RGN.

Actually, there are loads of other ways - better pay, better working conditions, better working environments, easier pension arrangements, less blame from managers, less anxiety about minor complaints and more autonomy - now that would be a great thank you from politicians.

Newly qualified doctors from ANZCAN don't want to come to the UK to train. Why do you think that a newly qualified US doctor would come? Look at the state of junior doctors in England. Their training programme has been halted and they all just work on covid wards for last year
