Not true. The law everyone keeps citing only applies to NFA firearms under the age of 18.

A person over 16 can posses a rifle in Wisconsin. With no license and without adult supervision. The law only applies to NFA firearms.

He’s under 18, but he’s over 16. It wasn’t an NFA firearm. He’s allowed to own and carry a rifle. He will be acquitted. The law is pretty clear. I don’t care what the NYT says.pic.twitter.com/iTTv3wMHp3
