    This lovely performance instantly transported me back to our wedding, where we used “prelude” for the processional. Telling he’s been practicing it since age 4 only enhances the memory

    You already know is a brilliant cellist. He is also hilarious. Much joy on the occasion of his performance, which we’ll air tonight (at last!) .

    Mike has been deporting people since before ICE even existed, but he's alarmed that MTC, the tent city contractor, is getting a *third* chance now despite 2 previous failures at the site, the last of which literally ended in flames. (Here's his pre-ICE deportation badge)

    This is an extraordinarily depressing article by on Ritmo, a notorious ICE detention center that lost its ICE contract, reopened with a BOP contract, lost that contract after an uprising, and is now set to reopen as an ICE detention center. /1

    Even a dramatic riot over lack of medical care in 2015 didn’t seem to discourage the govt from giving the contractor, MTC, a *third* chance.
