I get Google is ideologically opposed to Alex Jones but they are setting a bad precident after the Trump administration killed net neutrality.

How is this connected to net neutrality? NT has to do with the flow and cost of internet traffic (to simplify it to an extreme). This has to do with Google trying to "weed out fake or misleading videos" (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/youtubes-struggle-to-police-its-channels/ …) also...

Just that once a private org starts censoring you when does the government start doing it?

But what about when that speech goes against the organization's community guidelines, where they said "these are the rules, go against them and you're out." Does the organization have a right to police (if you will) what's said on their platform?

You're talking about stuff like hate speech, I'm talking about people having opinions ideologically driven organizations dont like.

Let me ask you this so we're on the same page: What ideology drives YouTube? I've seen both extreme right- and left-wing assholes on there. Pro- and anti-feminists. MRA assholes. I've seen studios abuse the Content ID system. What is YouTube's ideology? I honestly don't know.

Either way I was talking generally not YouTube specifically. I would just hate to have YouTube set a precident though Google already has by firing James damore for basically saying "so uh, on average men and women are different and that's probably why we see these trends..."

Oh oh and YouTube kinda has set a precident in demonetizing certain types of people. Alex Jones, sure. He's skeevy shithead. But I don't think all right wing thought deserves to be disincentivised and from what I can gather...it probably has been. That said, I'm a liberal.

YouTube is a private company tho so they can basically do what they want. I just don't think it's the right thing to do.
