Hey, @YouTube / @TeamYouTube? How do I report a channel attempting to bypass the TOS by creating a second channel to get around a content ban on their original channel? I'm asking for a friend. https://twitter.com/RealAlexJones/status/970130051910991873 …
But what about when that speech goes against the organization's community guidelines, where they said "these are the rules, go against them and you're out." Does the organization have a right to police (if you will) what's said on their platform?

I've always interpreted Free Speech to mean "the government can't dictate what you say, nor can they arrest you for what you say." But I often see it meaning "I can say what I want without repercussion" which is utter bunk to me. Freedom of speech =/= freedom from consequence.
