Great reporting as usual @HelenBranswell @statnews-#Ebola epidemic in most challenging environment imaginable. Teams DRC doing all that possible. Unacceptable that funding an issue.Without urgent support could escalate to levels of epidemic West Africa. It does not have to be so.

No one should be under any illusions-all has to work,be led in DRC & @WHO with urgent international support. Otherwise this epidemic will get out of control and reach levels seen in West Africa. The world said never again. We can’t let that happen. It does not have to @DrTedros
After West Africa 2013-2016 world asked @WHO to reform, to be active, engaged, impactful & to provide leadership. It is doing all that was asked of it & more. Now the world has to acknowledge that progress & back it with political support, funding & thanks. Now as matter urgency
