Will helmets be required? I saw two guys riding them helmetless down the middle of a lane on Belmont Blvd last night and it seemed like a really dangerous scenario, especially with drivers not used to seeing them.
Metro and Bird met this afternoon, and hopefully a short term solution can be found until I can file the necessary council legislation to get the Metro Code sorted out.
