    What an amazing virtual visit from this morning. The children were hanging on every word and loved all the quizzes, activities and entrance to Roar test! Thanks from all of year 5 at Mill Mead school and we’ll send you our friend and villain sketches soon.

    Holy smokes! Read chapter 21 this morning and had honest-to-goodness goosebumps throughout. Not sure I've EVER had that reaction to a book?! Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. Is there a movie in the works at all?!

    I loved 's book about Noor Inayat Khan, but perhaps more importantly, my 13 year old daughter couldn't put it down. Such a well told story about a true heroine.

    Map drawing and world building is addictive, and the perfect creative end to the week. All children and grown-ups should have a go! Here is a video if you need extra inspiration and a link to images you can use... (scroll down)

    So to round off a week about reading and books, I've decided to make today a World Building day. My class should be getting help from , , and in their designs... I also may have got a bit carried away...

    LOVED this school visit today ❤️ We all has so much fun. It was hard to get me to leave the meeting!

    Today we had the absolutely incredible magically zoom into our classroom! Thank you so much ... the children were in awe of you and as a teacher I couldn’t have asked for a better presenter! I hope we can welcome you into school in person very soon 💫
