    The same people who want to "fight fire with fire" would feel very differently when confronted with the argument that marginalized groups don't, in practice, enjoy the same First Amendment rights as others and that we should restrict some speech to level the playing field.

    Cerno, if your read on this is that Jenna is defending Disney (rather than the constitution, which she believes in firmly) then you've got a bad angle on the situation. Calling for people on her OWN SIDE to stand by their principles when it's hard is admirable.

    Yes, and I will discuss it on my show this coming Friday. I disagree with her but it’s obvious she is speaking from a principled concern for free speech. Likewise it’s obvious that anonymous accounts that call her names are…. well, you figure it out.

    I know you’ve been getting attacked a lot recently. I hope you might go on with soon for a discussion with him, so you two can have a civil back and forth.
