Yes, clearly the court is going to hear the case AFTER the electors are safe harbored in because they refused to consider injunctive relief. Makes perfect sense.pic.twitter.com/XJXXB50D7A

Keep in mind that "safe harbor" is as Constitutionally meaningful as the popular vote.
