This is an issue yes but not everyone can afford a pint or handle of alcohol.
As the family member of a recovering alcoholic sometimes all that he could afford was a nip. That nip helped him avoid the horrible withdrawal symptoms.
Put out barrels. Sponsor more cleanups.
