You already bring it up a lot, but I found it never hurts to remind people of Win+Shift+S for snipping with an easy way to do annotations. My Dad just somehow learned about it this week. Will make somethings a lot easier for me

Have you considered enabling Print Screen to default to snipping for him? I find for some it's easier to remember since it's only one key

Also if you like to run stuff full screen it's worth setting task manager to always on top, just so it's accessible even if a full screen app is blocking the way
