In a way, he did. But, he was put in an invidious position. If he didn't publish their existence, and that fact came out later, all hell would have broken loose. The timing was atrocious - which, of course, was the intention of them being provided at that point.

Totally on agreement...who own the 2016 election results and Trump's and this 2 years of a nightmare...NYT and MSNBC...Hell is full of people with regrets!
