After WW2, many of the German populace had to be paraded through the concentration camps before they'd believe the atrocities were real & Hitler lied. Their state Media had so effectively brainwashed them. Rupert Murdoch's Fox News is doing a very effective job at brainwashing.

Japanese too - one of my best friend’s Mother - totally believed that America was doing bad things to her Japan and they had to bomb us. And this Mom was a saint, one of the nicest, most generous Moms I’ve ever known. RIP Motoko

Many Americans during WWII didn't even know America had camps they were putting Japanese Americans in. My mom is one of them. I told her about this only recently.

Would anyone be surprised if it was revealed that
#Pence#Miller#Schlapp#Carlson#Hannitty were actually robots built & programmed in#Trump ‘s China factory? It would explain their mindset, countenance, & pattern of speech.#TrumpRobotArmy#NotQuiteHuman#TrumpGoonSquad -
This is a very good theory. I like your style.

Trump’s father belonged to the KKK. Not saying sins of the father are his, but this is who raised him. This topic was examined on Rachel Maddow. Fred was arrested by NYC police when he participated in a KKK march in 1930 (I think that was the year) & it’s in public records.

My dad was racist, after time in the army. It use to bother & embarrass me, for as young as I can remember (~5 yo). My mom was from Arkansas, but she wasn't racist, maybe cuz she was half Native American. She was very nonjudgmental & accepting. I chose her path, thank God.

-
I grew up @ Ft Lewis, then Tacoma, Washington. It was a major melting pot of ppl in that area, due to 4+ military bases in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Ppl from all locations & all races, religions. Also, MANY Native Americans too. I never felt > entitled than my peers. Thanks Mom!

-
It IS a choice, but you have to have the opportunity to look beyond the hate & fear. Some ppl are embedded by racism, never think twice about it, live their whole lives in that bubble. If they only knew how better their lives could be, if they looked beyond skin color, etc.

-
My parents were pious Catholics, but in a more loving way than you usually find with religious folks. My mom always said we are all God’s children & we need to respect if not love everyone. We weren’t allowed to make fun of anyone & couldn’t call anybody nasty things.
