Correct. Published in 2013. Quite a bit after the Black Widow comics. Not saying it's exactly the same but it's gosh darn close enough to enrage the marvel fans that have been begging for an origin movie for years.

Yes written in 2013, but the back story and characterization are incredibly similar and I dont think anybody realized this till now
