The place today, is it just a big hole or they made the place to a pond or something? I havent been in NY so that why im asking.
They made two square hole monuments where the towers stood, with a water feature on the bottom and inscribed names all around the outside of each. And there’s a museum and a survivor tree, which is also fascinating.
