This should be as simple as a settings change 
Go to the Utilities gear > Settings > Menu Settings > Style Preferences > Chords > Toggle "On" Theoretical Keys. You should then have access to both sharps AND flats.
@OnSongApp Would love to know why I can't put songs in the keys of F# or C#? Gb and Db are options, but I'm trying to get musicians to learn keys and correct-fitting chords. I put a song in Gb and B is the IV chord. In Gb, Cb is the IV chord, which is why F# is a better notation.
