Really appreciate all the complaints about Summit Utilities billing errors. Just received revised bill that is 20% higher than original! And we had no gas service for 6 hours during the 2 degree weather. Go figure!!

I should note that I reluctantly called Summit Utilities emergency number after finding no other number & receiving no alerts. Got thru pretty quickly & got immediate answers. Very appreciative of crew that fixed issue by mid-morning in very cold conditions.

Awaking to no heat downstairs, no gas fireplace, low flames on stove. Summit Utilities tells me they are experiencing LOW NATURAL GAS PRESSURE in West Little Rock!! No ETA on repair. Zero notification about problem.
