How can they be evidence based when the CDC isn't allowed to research gun violence??

Out of curiosity, what "Evidence Based" prevention strategies? "Prepare"? "SRP"? "I Love You Guys"? SRO's? Guards? What does this actually "GIVE [to] communities"?? "Keeping our kids safe" sounds kind of vapid.
