I enjoyed that essay. Are you saying there is a Law that the FCC overturned in their effort to appease ISP's? Cell companies already slow bandwidth to their consumers, making extra money because they sell packaged Gigabytes, not speed. 1/

2/ Speed is necessary for enjoyment of movies, gaming, and multiple open windows usage. My biggest concern is those who could take advantage of costing the speed by slowing usage to people who can't pay is that they cannot respond as easily. News that could benefit them is slow.
