First off- the EU is only one of several trade partners no longer buying soybeans. Secondly -making a major announcement about “discussing” soybean purchases reads as campaign fodder and nothing to actually celebrate. We’ve been here with you guys before.

His “wins” sure include a lot of vague promises to work together. It is almost like he creates a crisis, accepts a solution that is basically status quoted, claims victory, and then knows others will breathlessly tout his “victory.”
