I don’t know why, but I misread “4,000 watchtime hours” as “4,000 views” and upon clarification I suddenly have different feelings about this YouTube change. Especially since I had plans for the Sidekick channel this year.

All I've ever wanted was to have a community that enjoyed my content, not to make me popular, but to give people something to look forward to, to give them just 15 minutes of joy a day something to give people a break from their life and smile like so many channels do for me.
