When a person hits that subscribe button they are saying, I want this person's content... not I want you @Youtube to decide what portion of content I get.... C'mon guys, to subscribe is an action, which means that sub is saying, give me this content

Hello, I'm still watching the video, but if you'd like to do what creators want, you should add a "SUBSCRIPTIONS" box inside of the home page (around recommended) where people can see latest 4-5 videos (at least one row) from creators they're subscribed to (1/2 slots on mobile)

I made this exact suggestion on their new video. On the "Homepage" show a 50/50 mix of videos a viewer is subscribed (as determined by the user, not an algorithm) to and channels that Youtube suggests. That way we get a mix of both.
