Can someone remind Senator Klobuchar that the Constitution of the United States which she swore and oath to support and defend gives the right for election control to the State government. This was to keep control over elections in the hands of We the People.

Article I/Section 4/Clause 1: Times, Places & Manner of holding Elections 4 Senators & Representatives shall b prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may @ any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

So the state still has control over its own internal elections. Make the laws a requirement for voting for state offices and require that the place for electing Senators to be the same place and time. Problem solved.
