For the community tab on YouTube they should have view count per post so I can know how many people are actually seeing the post

But why? How would that help someone exactly?

I just simply would like to see how many post is reaching. Like it doesn’t even need to be a public view count. If I have an important update but don’t want to make it a video it’s nice to know how many it’s reaching bruh

Like YouTube already does show your video “impressions” which is people just looking at your video. So why not have post views/impressions?

Video impressions mean something, because that will tell you how often your video shows up in search, suggested, etc. only your audience sees your community posts, so that metric doesn’t really matter

Thats actually a bit false, I've received comments on posts curious as to why they're seeing the posts when they dont even know who I am and aren't subscribed. And I've experienced that as well. So we dont fully know who its reaching.

Exactly I would just like to know who’s seeing and how many are seeing it’s valuable information since I can eliminate update videos and do everything through a post. Nard I feel your view is kinda narrow on this topic. O
