Dave... How many times are you going to retweet one person having trouble watching a video... while dozens more reply in the comments that they had no issue? Do you not see the flaw in your thinking on this?

Actually no. I’m not claiming nobody can see the videos, but obviously lots of people are having problems with the service.

I didn't say you were claiming that "nobody can see the videos"... What I'm pointing out... and you still seem to miss... is that, for every person that says they're having an issue, dozens more reply that they don't. What can we take from that empirically?

From the IT perspective, even a 1% outage of service can have a marked affect on business. When they are frequent, they can become disastrous. More so if the outages appear to affect only certain customers. It creates distrust in their user base. It's bad business practice.
