If you give the MMR any later than 12mos — when it’s safer (in terms of reducing risk of febrile seizure) than age 2 or 3 — then you *contribute* to outbreaks. The MMR has some of the largest stacks of evidence of all vaccines. I KNOW you know this and refuse to accept it.

Honestly—you know I’m always straight w you even when others aren’t & I give you more benefit of doubt than most—I think you genuinely used to believe safety concerns exsted. If you’ve looked at all evidence lately, I don’t think you can persuade yourself there still are.

And if nothing else, during an outbreak is the time to especially encourage 12 mos MMR and even 9 mos if someone’s in a high risk area.

I give you more credit than most. Think about that. Best to you.

You give me more credit cuz we've had long real discussions. You know the label "anti-vax" is pure bullshit. You know that a doc who chooses to listen to parents and encourage them to participate in vaccine decisions is not anti-vaccine.
