Do you fill out the form correctly and clearly state why it’s not copyright infringement? I generally repeal these kinda claims pretty simply through the appeal process. A 100% failure rate seems crazy
Yeah, I do. Talk about using it in a transformative way, talk about it being newsworthy, etc. They deny it within an hour and then I don't dispute a second time because I don't want a strike on my channel.
Damn. Seems like the best solution is to not use screenshots at all if you want to be able to monetise your videos
