Texas is considering making mask-wearing voluntary when schools open August 17th.
Here’s what: if I’m prohibited from making peanut butter sandwiches for my kid to keep peanut allergy kids safe(which is 
), then every kid/teacher should wear a mask to protect my asthmatic kid.
We got an update from our district last night. Masks are voluntary. But that’s Florida for you, where very few are actually wearing them and numbers are skyrocketing.

Same here in TX.

I'm a teacher in Colorado. We are going back to in person learning in August and masks are required for teachers and students. I am grateful to live in a place where, for the most part, people wear them, but am still worried about going back.
