Just got physically attacked by a homeless person at Safeway in San Francisco. The guards watched it. The cashier saw it. Other shoppers gasped. But no one did anything. And just like that, I had to ignore it too. Wonder how long will this all continue. SF is not safe.
It doesn’t matter who is at fault — he is most definitely a major contributor to the anarchy. The goal here is to repeal/recall/elect/legislate laws m, programs and lawmakers that will restore safety and cleanliness to the streets.

Removing him won't restore safety since It was already like this WAY before him and prolly will for the forseeable future without him. He's just one man and NO matter who's elected can fix the problem.

Sounds to me like you're not even interested in how the problem began. Are you?

They've been doing that for years recalling/legislating laws/electing. There's no legal way of restoring safety unless they do what ls done in my country. Heavily armed soldiers patrolling streets, randomly stopping and searching anyone, torture and arrest for any reason.
