Sorry to be "that guy" but technically, Dobbs is right. The NK government isn't run by the military, it's run by the Kim family, so it's an autocratic dictatorship. That being said, nothing would really change if the military took over, since it would still be a dictatorship.

I was intel officer in Korea specialized in N Korea. Kim is the one we absolutely remove or die for the N Korea people. He is a dictator, he killed so many people and if he is removed or die, N Korea will have better government whoever takes over. One man to kill or die for!!
