It’s funny how the narrative of kneeling as a protest of the systemic social injustice towards minorities got switched to the flag. For the millionth time, it’s not about the flag.

The national anthem isn’t a part of any other companies working hours, and the anthem wasn’t always a part of the pre-game festivities. The anthem serves no purpose to be played before every game starts and the NFL should end the anthem pre-game practice.

It's collectively bargained. Players are supposed to be an equal partner. This is illustrated clearly by the NBA, for example. The major sports leagues are not the same as most jobs.

Protest on your own time. Not on the clock. If a waiter started protesting his bull shit while serving me, I’d probably ask for another server. Not the smartest football player obviously.

But they aren't on the clock, the anthem is not part of the game.

If customers are in the stands. They on the clock.

So if a customer is waiting in line before the store opens are staff on the clock?

I bet he wouldn’t care if a Dr said a prayer before surgery.

What did Stills do in the off season? Why wasn’t he in Chicago working to stop the slaughtering of young black men by other black men?

He was travelling round the southeastern United States doing a myriad of community ventures. Far more than you did.

Represent bro. Bottom line is if @KSTiLLS and the other bums don’t want to stand for our national anthem then I don’t have to spend my time or money. Once the owner gets hit where it hurts I bet they stand. You’re probably on food stamps so you can’t relate.

Literally nobody cares whether you go to NFL games or not. And yes, Im on food stamps. But I give them to your mum so she doesn’t go hungry.
