REPORT: Pelosi sold $3 Million of Google stock 4 weeks ago. Yesterday, the DOJ opened a lawsuit against Google to break up their tech monopoly. Pelosi gets a free pass for white collar crime. Anyone else would be in jail.

To explain the problem, Wyden said 230 is a sword and shield. The shield is currently being used as a second sword because the courts messed things up so bad rendering the actual sword superfluous. The SCOTUS could set that right though and fix most of the problem overnight.

They know SCOTUS is going to fix Section 230. When that happens, they lose their free speech weapon. They are desperate to keep the People silent so they want to "come together" to screw us all! Do not be fooled! The Online Freedom Act is the only true legislative fix!

Once you recognize "the publisher" can be anyone othen than the "provider or the user" Section 230(c)(1) works correctly, and 230 as a whole begins to work properly.

Do you want to understand the true nature of the term "otherwise objection" and how it should apply? The term's true nature has never been considered by any court, so anyone claiming "otherwise objectionable" is anything the site considers objectionable is full of 💩

Simplified: My case was dismissed under 230(c)(1), because I could not treat Facebook as Facebook, for Facebook's own illegal conduct that transpired both on and off their website.
