Great conversation! A few lessons I took away:
- Default state for companies is mediocrity
- Have people own things and connect with others to use their influence not titles to solve problems.
- Lean in to hard conversations
- Index heavily on accountability creating chats

I love the start, "business is war". Especially in #startups. I don't understand how startup can operate with a peace-time mindset. At all.
