Really feel when it's all said and done Joe Rogan will be on the side of hurting society more than helping it. I listened to his first few shows. Longtime fan. Don't listen much anymore. I think he is normalizing some non Lindy bad stuff 1) steroid/causal Testostosterone use

Though to be fair Keto / Carni is not even unhealthy, there no tangible proof as such. Many would claim however for it to be optimal, and evolutionary sound human nutrition. All the rest though, yeah. Except I have to give him marks for his liking of hunting and eating game.. 👍
