Videos also keep crashing with playback errors that take several minutes to resolve, usually with the video starting over.

Please verify that you have enabled background play in your app settings. Go to Menu > Settings > Select Background Play under "Background & Offline > Make the selection. Keep us posted.

I believe I have the setting on. App is still doing the playback error whenever I put the app in the background either by home screen, switching tabs, and putting phone in sleep (pressing power button to tirn off screen) results in the video stopping and error.pic.twitter.com/yrCCRhXj3S

If you do not have offline videos saved on your device, try uninstalling & reinstalling the app. Let us know if that clears things up.

I have videos saved. I will check again later tonight to see if the issue has resolved itself.

This issue seems to be only affected videos I have downloaded. Should I maynbe re-download the videos and see if that resolves the issue?
