Tsukihime fans are reaching a new level of delusional blaming and hating FGO for Tsukihime remake not coming out, in fact, for what Nasu has said until now, it's the opposite.
People also forgets that Mahoyo had many delays and you can't blame FGO for that, what Nasu has been doing in FGO: -Editing other writers scripts (excluding EoR) -Wrote 3 chapters and 1 one major event, and some other minor events, which isn't much compared to all the content
He also wanted to release Tsukihime Remake along with UBW anime, to form a thematic sinergy between them and FGO, relating to the Beasts. He also wants to do a Tsukihime collab but it seems that he won't do that unless Tsukihime Remake is released.
For whatever reason he didn't released Tsukhime remake until now, he has more reasons to release than not.
