Our new Administration will embrace clean energy; change our modes of transportation; weatherize homes and businesses, and reach a goal of 50 percent of our electricity coming from Maine renewable resources. BTW, check out our new solar panels on the Blaine House coming soon!

“The good citizen,” he insisted, “ought to triumph not by frightening his opponents, but by beating them fairly in argument.” Obviously
@chucktodd &@JanetMillsforME feel they've lost the argument, so no more debating.@MaineDems = tyrannyhttps://www.theguardian.com/education/2016/aug/06/why-debating-still-matters … -
You can debate anything you want; people still debate if the world is round or flat. But at some point, the evidence is so strong one side becomes a fringe position...that’s where we are.
-
@realDonaldTrump=prez.@GOP=@USSenate &@USSupremeCourt. US out of@ParisClimate accords, &c. Obviously there's credible push back on "consensus" outside of@maine &@california. & liberal celebrities=flat earth and deny moon landing@StephenCurry30https://people.com/celebrity/flat-earth-celebrities-world-not-round/ … -
Are any of those people you listed atmospheric scientists? If anything you’re proving it’s become a politically tribal issue with no real thought given to the science.
-
Certn 1 cld Google credible atmos. scientists who ? extent/significance of anthro contributions 2 weather. Stipulating "consensus" view it becomes a policy debate, & this is where metal meets meat. Ppl in US, now France
@giletsjaunes, apparently disagree w/ elite solutions -
Of course you could find one. Even a few. But they are the fringe of thousands of others who are qualified. Policy; that’s where I get off the train. Let others debate that. Just stop trying to deny the science. We’ve talked about this before.

Climate has changed for billions of years? Man I bet the thousands of scientists who’ve studied the topic for 60 years WISH they’d thought of that!

Point being do you truly think the decades of research on climate change don’t include identifying the causes of past climate change and controlling for them in today’s warming? If it’s not CO2 please tell me what natural cycle is causing our current warming?

1. We had computers 80 years ago? 2. Many scientists disagree? Not true. Climatologists are nearly unanimous in their conclusions. 3) 1 week forecasts are right 73% of the time. Don't let the facts get in the way of your rants.

Can’t wait to see how those solar panels save jobs and money
#goodbyesurpus -
Solar employs more people than all other energy sectors combined. So....https://www.forbes.com/sites/niallmccarthy/2017/01/25/u-s-solar-energy-employs-more-people-than-oil-coal-and-gas-combined-infographic/#304f16792800 …

You forgot the part about saving money but.... the left doesn’t really care about saving money right? Cost comparisons
-
How am I the left? I'm just a scientist. As far as cost...what were you saying?pic.twitter.com/SaLMUI0UkP
-
It’s more geared toward our new Gov. Keith, you denying your not on the left? That’s almost as funny as saying wabi weather is better than yours.... you are the ONLY weather in town!
-
And you failed to address that you are wrong about the cost of the energy....
