Was working in a bookshop when Louise Milligan's book on Pell came out. Sold it again and again to what seemed like versions of the same man: middle-aged, red-faced, moist-eyed, and with shaking hands. One man openly wept. Another bought 6 for friends in VIC. Thinking of them.

FFS. Honestly - there is no excuse for calling a grown woman "a naughty little girl" in a professional setting. Let alone the parliament. I don't care what your politics are, it's gross and wildly inappropriate.
