There is NO historical evidence that generalized tax cuts have helped the economy since the first Reagan cuts. Cheneybush tax cuts did TREMENDOUS damage. OTOH, tax increases during Bush-41, Clinton & Obama helped economy by reducing deficit. Stop criminal Repub tax plan.
