@TeamYouTube @Google I've got a big problem. Somebody is accidentally using my account on youtube! There's a load of videos I didn't watch in my history. Resetting my password didn't fix this!

Uh-oh! Could you setup 2-step verification using one device: https://goo.gl/jSjGie ? Also, you can check your device activity here: https://goo.gl/4tAwto . If you found any suspicious activity, you can remove the device from the list which leads in signing out. Hope this helps.

Hi, I have 2 factor authentication set up already. A password reset didn't fix this and there's no suspicious activity reported other than the extra YouTube history items.

Hmm, have you tried signing out from all devices? Go to: Gmail > scroll to the bottom right corner & click ''Details'' > tap "Sign out all other web sessions". Let us know.

I expect this would involve a bit of digging to determine where the requests are coming from and why the usual password reset system didn't work

My issue is more serious than a feedback page.
