Okay, now I’m very encouraged about the Starbucks trainings. @Sifill_LDF, , , , and ’s Bryan Stevenson will “develop the training curriculum and monitor the effectiveness of the company’s policy and training measures.”

Just don't...Starbucks didn't train them to do the opposite either..so train Jack..racism is normal. Its protecting ones own kind and culture..

I have been saying since I heard about this that this training needs to be refined and distributed. Start with the most notorious and harmful police departments coast to coast. has a chance to be a beacon for how to come thru a heinous situation.

Starbucks coffee is a NEED not a WANT. They would have survived this disgrace in time without any action. THAT is what is so impressive about these country-wide diversity trainings. Thank you for taking responsibility Starbucks. May other companies follow your example.
