WHAT ABOUT BARBRA STREISAND at a paltry low position !!! Streisand influenced everybody that came after her.... including the amazing Celine Dion. Barbra should be in the top 20 easily!!

This is a top 200 American(/UK) singers list. NOT universal, it virtually ignores all other artists. It is the never ending American view that the world borders are limited to USA (somewhat extended to the UK), with the rest of the world considered as a black hole.
