Bakeries don't have special carveouts in the Communications Decency Act of 2003 that requires them to be neutral.

Nothing in CDA requires them to be neutral, nor does it mean that they can't ban certain material. Youtube bans sexual, spam, violent, etc content, Doing so does not violate the CDA. Youtube's terms has designated SM as hateful. They have the right to remove that content.
