@Jamesdbaker1 so much for Lib Dem fight back
I agree that national issues play a role, but locally Andrew and others were all saying a local by-election we had was about local issues
-
-
It was a local by election which your candidate tried to fight on Britex. In that case before the calling of Gen Election it was about local
-
Also Andrew gloating and winding up leader of party you rely on locally to get anything passed on Council isn't a very smart move.
-
In the past 7 years nothing of our proposals have been passed at council mainly because your party has 95% voted with Labour.
-
Have you done the analysis? Last time I looked at it there were more votes where you voted with Labour then we did
-
And your one budget idea that got through was because I suggested to Labour they take it on board
-
Baines and Benton were hopeless at trying to do a deal or find a compromise.
-
I sat there and was the only one to suggest we try and see where there was some cross-party compromise. Scott was in NI.

That's what makes me laugh

In terms of performance I'd take Libs getting 18% vote share on June 8th quite happily.pic.twitter.com/IF2eOX89ok

We'll have to see! I think a loss of 50 seats doesn't bode well. When it comes down to choice for PM I suspect TM will do even better.
-
Well if predicted Tory landslide happens then only TM and Tories to blame if you don't make Brexit a success as you say it will be.
-
You forget there are other parties involved too! Mainly the EU and how much they are guided by rationality compared to punishment.
-
But Conservatives have said a deal would be easy, if not then it's down to poor negotiation by May.
-
Although I'm sure you will predictably try and blame foreigners as is your new UKIP adopted play book.
-
That is just utter rubbish. I've never said that and haven't heard any member of the gov say that. You can have a civilised disagreement.
