      Great James. I've had complaints from users about ASB at King Cross Library. Staff there are aware but nothing has been done.

      Yes the Council has these powers but isn't yet using them. They could tackle quite a range of issues and can apply to businesses as well

      I get a lot of complaints about people but and selling and relating cars on pavements. Good for that.
