Particularly intrigued by their notion that co-operation doesn't have to hinge on being online at the same time. I've never got into late-stage MMOs because I'm never free at the same time as my friends to take on raids, but if I can help prepare them, I'll still be taking part.

Also interested in Wayfinder's attempt to find a better work-life balance. Their core hours are 9am to 12pm, and no mandatory meetings can be arranged outside this three-hour window. The rest of the day you fit around your life/appointments/family, etc
