@JamesTurner_42 Is it possible for anyone to work in the Japanese gaming industry? I plan on working in japan someday and I'm kind of lost on what I would need to-do.
Yes, it’s possible, you just have to make yourself valuable to a Japanese company. What I’d do is: 1. Work in the games industry where you are first and build up a good portfolio 2. Learn Japanese for a year or two 3. Apply and be able to travel for interviews
