Do you tell them which Pokemon you want to draw (in the case of Pansear) or do they tell you they need a certain piece of artwork? Do they have to approve sketches or go back and forth on revisions? Can you explain the process and what it's like to work with them? TY James!

The process for my card was like this: TPC wanted game freak artists to illustrate cards, so we all sent samples of our art. TPC liked mine and a couple of other artist’s art, so they requested us. They asked me to draw Pansear....
