Pet peeve - music videos that have a long introduction before the song starts, or where the music stops in the middle of the video for some kind of skit. I just want to listen to the song! Thank you.

I have a suspicion this pet peeve developed from downloading music back in the early 00s

Yes, that was quite popular back then. But it didn’t stop there, Zach! It happens in recent videos too. If I’m watching a Drake video I don’t want the song to suddenly stop and then have to watch Drake’s comedic acting for a couple of minutes
